Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs. In the meantime, cut the leek into fine rings and clean. Mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce (1-2 tablespoons depending on taste), sugar and salt. Drain the pineapple and mix 1 tablespoon of juice with the salad sauce. The onion in small. Chop the cubes, cut the chives into fine rolls. Let the eggs cool down and quarter them.
  2. Put all ingredients (save part of the chives) in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise. Let it steep for at least 3 hours, well chilled and garnish with the remaining chives before serving. This salad goes particularly well with grilled meat and has always been very popular, especially at various summer festivals.
