Boil the potatoes and peel them. Then mash and season with a little salt.
Heat some butter or oil and fry the finely chopped onions in it, then add tomato paste and fry everything for about 2 minutes. Pour boiling water over the bulgur in a bowl until it is covered and let it steep.
Add the swollen bulgur with parsley, onions and tomato paste to the potatoes and knead everything. Season to taste with salt and powdered beaver. Shape small balls, flatten them a little and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Finally, heat about 4 tablespoons of butter or oil in a saucepan and drizzle it over the köfte arranged on the plates.
