Instructions
Cut the eggs into eighths. Wash the peas and sauté them in salted water with a little sugar. When cooled, mix with the ham strips, chopped parsley and eggs.
Pour a sauce of cream, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and seasonings over them.
