Instructions

  1. Pour 500 ml of warm water into the pot and place the sausages in it. Top with the split peas, onions, potatoes, soup greens, stock cubes and vegetable stock powder. Set the hotplate to full power.
  2. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pot (it is faster if the water has been brought to a boil in the kettle beforehand) and close the lid. Set cooking level 2 on the lid if you use a Fissler Vitafit like me.
  3. As soon as the red ring (the second ring on other pressure cookers) is visible, the plate can be turned off at the lowest level or in some cases (like mine) even.
  4. The pressure stays in the pot for a long time and the soup is ready after about 30 minutes.
