Instructions

  1. Beat the cream, quark and yoghurt with the vanilla sugar until it is creamy. If it is still too runny (depending on the yoghurt it may be), add a little cream stiffener.
  2. Drain the peaches and cut into pieces.
  3. Then first layer the peaches and then the cream in a bowl or casserole dish. Chill everything.
  4. Before serving, pour the crumbled amarettini over it.
