Instructions

  1. Halve the passion fruit and remove the pulp with a spoon and put in the blender. Mix the pulp briefly and pass through a sieve. So you only get the pulp of the fruit without the kernels. About 65g of fruit pulp should come out.
  2. Briefly clean the blender and put the pulp back into the blender. Peel the peaches (I use a peeler for this, it works wonderfully), core and roughly cut into pieces. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Add both to the passion fruit pulp and puree everything to a smooth fruit pulp. Finally add the silken tofu and the vanilla and mix everything to a homogeneous cream. Spread the finished cream on 4 dessert bowls and chill for about 1 hour before serving.
  3. The cream can also be used as a protein-rich breakfast. Then the cream is only enough for 2 servings.

  5. Since this cream works without an additional sweetener, it is very important to only work with really ripe and aromatic fruits. The bananas in particular should have a neat leopard look.
