Put all ingredients in the fridge for a few hours, the colder / refreshing the smoothie will be.
Put all ingredients in a large blender and puree for 2 minutes. The blender should be able to crush ice. Otherwise, crush the ice cubes separately and stir in later. Finally, season to taste and sweeten a little if necessary. I use about 1 tablespoon of homemade elderflower syrup.
This recipe is especially useful if you don`t have a large freezer, as only the ice cubes need to be put in the freezer.
