Cut half the peach into thin slices. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and divide into small pieces. Do not scrape out the pulp of the pod; the water gradually loosens it itself. Put the ingredients in a small carafe or glass drinking bottle. Add the water to the ingredients and let it steep, preferably overnight.
Tip: If you don`t want to wait so long for your water, you can first add a sip of hot water to the ingredients. Then it is topped up with the remaining water.
