• 1 large can (s) peach (drained weight 480 g)
• 400 ml mango-flavored yogurt
• 40 grams sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
• 1 small lemon (s), untreated, the zest and juice it

Instructions

1. Drain the peaches and puree them well. Stir in all other ingredients and chill well. Freeze in the ice machine for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
