Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and carefully grease four ovenproof portion molds with butter.
  2. Wash, quarter and stone the peaches. Cut the peach quarters into thin wedges.
  3. Carefully rinse and drain the blueberries under lukewarm water and select any broken or bad berries. Mix the blueberries and peaches. Distribute the fruits evenly on the molds.
  4. Mix the butter with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved and the butter is light and creamy. Then stir in the egg (without shell).
  5. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Stir the flour, baking powder and cinnamon mixture into the butter alternately with the milk. Then spread the batter over the fruit.
