Instructions

  1. Stone the peaches and cut them into large pieces. Put in a small saucepan, add a little sugar and steam it in its own juice on a low heat not too soft, always stir well, otherwise they will stick to the saucepan. Then let it cool down completely.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and season with cinnamon and sugar. Layer the peaches and cream alternately in glasses.
