Open the can, drain the peaches and collect the juice. Cut the peach halves into wedges and set aside.
Beat the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Pour the quark into a bowl and fold the cream mixture into the quark and stir well. Add the peach juice and lemon juice and stir. If the whole thing is too sweet for you, you can of course add more lemon juice or use less sugar as required. Pour the cream into dessert bowls, garnish with the peach wedges and sprinkle with the chocolate flakes.
