Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 24cm springform pan with baking paper.
  2. For the crumble, put the flour in a bowl, add the two sugars and cinnamon and mix. Add the butter in pieces, work into crumble and set aside.
  3. For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the butter with the sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and stir in.
  5. Now alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk and stir in. Put the dough in the prepared springform pan. The
