Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan and add the rice pudding. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes. Let the finished rice pudding cool down.
Drain the peaches, collecting the juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix the low-fat quark with the cooled rice pudding and add the chopped peaches. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the quark milk rice mixture. Mix in some of the collected peach juice and sweeten with sugar to taste.
It tastes a little fresher if you add a little lemon juice.
You can also use other fruits such as mandarins or apples (cinnamon goes well with them).
