Instructions

  1. Peel and core the peaches and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the onions, garlic and chilli as well. Finely chop the mint.
  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for approx. 1 hour while stirring regularly. Caution: burns easily.
  3. Pour the chutney into glasses and turn them to cool.
