Wash, core and cut the peaches into pieces. Put on water and bring to a boil. Put the sugar in a punch bowl or a large carafe, add 100 ml of boiling water and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the peach pieces, the rest of the water and the black tea. Let the tea steep for five minutes and remove it again.
Put the iced tea with the peach pieces in the refrigerator for about three hours and let it steep. As a final step, remove the peach pieces, add ice cubes and enjoy!
Note: I used tea bags for the iced tea, but you can also use loose black tea then 8 teaspoons instead of 8 bags
