Instructions

  1. Scald the peaches briefly with boiling water, rinse, peel, cut in half. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with the peach pieces. Weigh the fruits and place in a tall saucepan. Weigh the preserving sugar accordingly 2: 1. (500 g of preserving sugar for 1 kg of fruit), add to the fruit mass and mix. Let it steep for about 3 hours at room temperature.
  3. Bring the mixture to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir the peach or apricot liqueur into the jam
  4. Fill into glasses while still hot.
