- Peel and core the peaches with the peeler and cut into small pieces.
- Weigh out 1 kg of the pulp, mix with the preserving sugar and vanilla sugar and let it steep for a few hours.
- Boil the mixture for 3 minutes. Pour into jars rinsed with hot water and close. Turn glasses upside down for 5 minutes.
- Wrap the glasses in cloths so that they do not get drafts and let them cool down. (Tip from my grandma).
- Makes about 4 glasses.
