Instructions

  1. Scald the fresh peach with boiling water, let it steep for 3 minutes, peel off the skin. Halve the fruit, remove the stone and fry lightly in sugar water.
  2. Cool and drain the peach halves and arrange on top of the vanilla ice cream. Baste with the strawberry or raspberry puree and garnish with the whipped cream.
