Mix the ingredients for the dough (butter, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder) together, place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Let cool down after baking.
For the topping, whip the cream with the necessary amount of cream stiff. Add the natural yoghurt, stir slowly, add vanilla sugar (a little sugar, if you like, to make it sweeter). Dice the peaches and fold into the mixture. Now put the entire mixture on the cooled ground and smooth it out.
For the topping, mix a good 1/2 liter of passion fruit juice (or e.g. multivitamin juice) with approx. 3 packets of vanilla sauce in a container without boiling. Spread this mixture on the cake and chill for approx. 2 hours.
