Ingredients

• 1 liter juice (passion fruit - peach)
• 2 cups yogurt (passion fruit)
• 200 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 200 ml vodka
• 3 tablespoon cognac (but you can leave it out)
• 2 cups cream

Instructions

1. Puree the passion fruit peach juice with the yoghurt and sugar with a hand blender, then mix with the remaining ingredients, fill and chill.
2. Makes approx. 2 liters of liquid.
