Knead the crumble dough from the first 4 ingredients. The butter should be at room temperature. Line a springform pan (26cm) with baking paper, grease the edge. Pour 2/3 of the crumble dough into the mold and press firmly to create a base. Spread the drained peaches on the batter.
For the filling, first melt the remaining butter. Then stir in all the other ingredients. Pour the entire quark mixture over the peaches and smooth out. Finally, sprinkle the remaining dough over the top as a crumble. Bake at 160 degrees circulating air for about 50 minutes. The crumbles should be golden brown at the end, so cover them before the baking time is up!
