Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until it is very stiff. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar until smooth. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix the cinnamon and sugar.
Stir the peaches into the sour cream, carefully fold in the cream. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture as desired (our rule: the more the better).
The amount is enough for 2 rather large servings (a sweet main course) or 4 smaller (dessert) servings.
