Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches in the sieve and collect the juice. Place the drained peach slices in small glass bowls.
  2. Season the yogurt with lemon or peach juice and stir in the vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the yogurt sauce over the peach slices and serve.
