Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the softened butter with the sugar until creamy, then add the egg and peanut butter and stir in. Mix the flour with baking soda and cocoa powder and stir into the mixture with a mixing spoon until everything is well combined. Now cut off pieces of the dough with a tablespoon and shape them into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet (not too close) and use a fork to flatten the biscuits crosswise on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, they shouldn`t get too dark on the bottom. Take out, leave to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. Melt the two types of chocolate separately and use them to coat the front and back of the biscuits with the light and dark chocolate. Don`t get wider than 2cm so that you can still see the dough in the middle. Let the chocolate set.
  4. They can be kept for a few days in an airtight container.
  5. The dough makes 26 pieces.
