First melt the margarine and stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Now add sugar, plant-based drink, butter-vanilla flavor and salt and stir well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add. The dough should now have a firm consistency, if it`s too mushy, add a tablespoon of flour. Finally fold in the chocolate chunks.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
Shape the dough into about 35 balls. First roll the balls in sugar, place on baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Immediately after baking, press the hot balls flat with a fork and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
