Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Dough:
  3. Mix the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and whip until frothy. Add the eggs one at a time and keep beating. Then mix the flour, cocoa and salt together and sift over the butter-sugar mixture. Mix everything together properly and roughly crumble about 10 Oreo biscuits, add to the batter and mix in.
  4. Fill a lightly greased, fire-proof dish (I use a baking sheet that is 20x20cm) with the dough and smooth it evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes and then let cool down completely.
