Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients except the egg yolk, stirring constantly, until the sugar has completely dissolved (do not boil!). Then take the pot off the stove.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks well. Then gradually fold in half of the cream mixture. Then fold back into the rest of the cream mixture and just heat the whole thing again for approx. 10 minutes (do not boil!) Until a cream is formed.
  3. Let cool and then freeze.
