• 1 handful peanuts
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 bunch fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
• olive oil

Instructions

1. Chop all the ingredients except the olive oil, mix, puree and pour into a small glass. Top up with olive oil, although you can skip the last step, then you have dry pesto, save calories and taste almost as good.
