Clean the carrots, potatoes, cabbage and onions and cut into bite-sized bites.
Fry the minced meat in a pan with sunflower oil, add the pressed garlic and season with salt.
Stir the tomato paste into a little water and add to the minced meat, then let it boil a little.
Add the sliced carrots, potatoes, white cabbage, onions and the chillies (pitted and cut into small cubes) and fill with water until everything is evenly covered. Cook until the vegetables are done, but still crisp.
Stir in the peanut butter and simmer briefly over medium heat. Season to taste with pepper and maggi.
