Whisk the eggs with a little milk in a deep plate. Put the flour and breadcrumbs in each of the deep plates.
Beat the schnitzel thinly, brush one side of the schnitzel with a tablespoon of peanut cream each, pepper and salt the other side. First turn the schnitzel in flour, then turn in the eggs and finally turn in the breadcrumbs.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan, it should reach the top of the schnitzel. When it is hot, add the schnitzel to the pan and fry for 4 minutes on both sides.
We usually have french fries or curry rice with it.
