Open the can with pears and drain well. Then cut the pears into very small cubes.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and almonds well.
Mix the sugar and egg until foamy, gradually mix in the oil and milk and stir well. Now add the pear cubes and mix in. At the end, mix the flour and almond mixture with the oil and pear mixture to create a viscous dough.
Add approx. 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter to each muffin mold, enough for approx. 12 (1 muffin tray) to 14 muffins. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
Annotation:
The muffins certainly taste good with fresh pears, but since I just had a can to use, the alternative was not available for me. It could also be that the muffins with fresh pears are no longer so juicy.
