- Have a very large pickle jar ready.
- Cut out the flower base from the pears and cut the pears together with the core into eighths.
- Peel 3 apples, use the pulp differently, it is not needed.
- Put the pear pieces, the apple peel and all the remaining ingredients in the large glass.
- Let the glass stand on the windowsill for about 6 weeks and shake it very well once a day.
- After the 6 weeks, strain the liqueur and fill it in bottles.
