- Line the muffin tin with paper liners.
- Peel the pears and cut into small cubes.
- Mix the egg with the sour cream, oil and sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon, possibly a little milk so that the dough does not become too firm. Then fold in the pears.
- For the crumble, knead the flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon to make crumble.
- Fill the muffin tin 3/4 with the pear mixture and then spread the crumble over it and press it down a little.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
