Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber piece into large pieces. Core the pear and cut into large pieces. Put both in a blender. Add turmeric and pepper and fill up to the 1.25 liter mark with cold water. Blend for 2 minutes on the highest setting.
  2. Note: This smoothie separates quickly. Therefore serve with a spoon.
