Instructions

  1. Peel, core and roughly chop the pears and pour into a mixing bowl. Halve the washed plums, remove the core, roughly chop and add to the pears. Add apple juice, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Puree with the blender until the ingredients reach a creamy consistency.
  2. Transfer to a glass, garnish and serve.
