Ingredients
- 3 pear (s), sweet, diced
- 5 spring onions, cut into rings
- 350 g red cabbae, rated
- 0.5 ½ head lettuce (Lollo Biondo), washed, bite-sized pieces
- 2 carrot (s), grated
- 5 tablespoon pear juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- Mix the pears, onions and carrots in a bowl and then spread on the salad.
- Mix the dressing with the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad, serve immediately and leave to taste.
- Tip: I personally also like it very well with endive salad.
