Peel the pears and remove the casing, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.
Salt, pepper and season with the curry and fry in the fat until crispy. But they should definitely still be juicy inside!
Then cut the meat crosswise and toast the bread.
Layer the meat wedges and the pear slices on the toast, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese starts to melt (depending on your taste, you can let it brown a little).
Take out the toast and garnish with cranberries and serve.
