Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours without a lid, stirring often until it has boiled down like a jam.
  2. Pour hot twist-off glasses.
  3. Tastes very good with roasts, game, pies, cheese, etc.
  4. Like jams, it lasts for a long time, but it never got that old for us.
  5. Sufficient for approx. Three 250 ml glasses.
