Wash the pears, peel them thinly, cut into quarters and remove the core. Now cut the pears into small pieces.
Put the pears in a tall container. Add the milk, cream, sugar, honey, egg and the lemon juice. Puree the ingredients using a blender. The pear ice cream mass can now be added to the ice cream maker. If you want to add pear spirit (approx. 2 cl), you do this shortly before the ice cream in the ice machine is ready.
If you don`t have an ice cream machine, you can put the mass in a container with the largest possible area. Then place in the freezer and stir every 15-20 minutes. The more often this happens, the creamier the ice cream will end up being.
