Pear syrup is available in 330 ml bottles in good specialist shops.
Once the ingredients have been purchased, the liqueur can be made very quickly, i.e. all ingredients are poured into a large glass, stirred well, left to rest for a few days, then transferred to serving bottles.
The taste is comparable to the Kletzenlikör from Austria and is particularly popular with fruit liqueur lovers. The time required also plays a positive role here.
If the sweetness of the liqueur does not match, a few drops of lemon will solve the problem.
