Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease a muffin baking sheet or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Melt the butter (1 min in the microwave). Put the sugar in a large bowl and stir with the eggs until the mixture turns light and small bubbles appear. Then add the butter to the egg mixture and stir again with the whisk. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Cut the pears into fine cubes.
  4. Gradually add the pears and flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir. If the batter is too dry, add a few tablespoons of orange juice. But not too much! The dough should only become supple, not runny.
  5. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the wells. Place a chocolate ball or piece of chocolate in each mold and cover with the rest of the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. I took Lindor Balls because I had them right now and they are a good size, but just experiment. I could also imagine small chocolate eggs, for example, or just take a little of your favorite chocolate!
