Peel, quarter and core the pears and then cut into thin slices. Leave a few slices for garnish. Mix the yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, then pour onto the pears laid out in a baking dish. Spread the chopped hazelnuts on top and place the pear slices on top to garnish.
Tip:
On cold winter days you can also stir cinnamon or other spices into the yogurt and warm the salad in the microwave or in the oven (do not bake or cook!). If you like it crispy, you can roast the oat flakes or chopped nuts in a pan without fat.
