Instructions

  1. Halve the pomegranate. Juice the halves with a lemon squeezer. Peel, core and roughly dice the pears. Put the yogurt, cinnamon, honey, pomegranate and lemon juice in a tall container. Add ice cubes and puree everything well. Fill into two glasses and garnish with lemon balm. Serve immediately.
