Instructions

  1. Halve the lemon and squeeze it. Halve and quarter the cleaned pears and remove the core. Cut into large pieces with the peeled bananas.
  2. Put the fruit pieces in the blender and pour the lemon juice over them. Add the sugar. Mix on the highest level until a creamy consistency has developed.
  3. If you like, you can put some crushed ice in a nice glass and add the shake.
