Instructions

  1. Peel the pears and cut the cored into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and puree.
  2. Boil water and sugar and pour over the pureed pear. Add woodruff syrup and stir well. Pour into a flat stainless steel bowl and freeze in the deep-freeze compartment, stirring every hour.
