Instructions

  1. Cook the pearl barley in salt water and rinse very carefully in a sieve.
  2. Roughly dice the onion, paprika and courgette, divide the leek into fine rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a larger pan, fry the onions in it. Then add the pearl barley, paprika and leek. Mix in the soy sauce and stir-fry well. Finally add the zucchino, fry briefly and season the dish.
  4. You can supplement the whole thing with vegetarian Viennese, but in my opinion it`s better pure.
