Bring about 1 liter of water to the boil in a saucepan and add the salt.
In the meantime, wash the beans and cut off the ends. Put the beans in the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes at medium temperature until al dente. Drain the water and immediately rinse the beans with cold water. Put aside.
Wash and peel the pears, remove the core from quarters and cut the quarters into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the diced bacon in it. Add the pear slices and the beans, let them get hot for a moment. Finally, season with salt, pepper and mustard.
