Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fold the puff pastry into one flat, pressing on the edges if necessary. Now place the dough in a buttered quiche dish and cut off the edge.
  2. Peel and halve the pears and cut out the core. Cut the pears into six pieces and then drizzle a little lemon juice over them so that they don`t brown too quickly. Now lay out the pear pieces on the dough, pepper and add a little salt. Crumble 1/3 of the Gorgonzola on the pears, including walnuts if you like.
  3. Mix the remaining 2/3 Gorgonzola with 3 eggs, the cream or the sour cream, 1 tablespoon mustard well with the blender. Season well with salt, pepper and chilli and pour over the quiche. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
