Peel, core and dice the pear. Mix with apple and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over the highest heat, turn off the heat immediately and let it sit on the heat field for 5 minutes. Pour off the pear pieces over a sieve and let them drain - use the juice collected for other purposes.
Mix the milk, salt, vanilla sugar and part of the grated chocolate in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800 watts. Take out, stir again and mix in the yoghurt evenly.
Fill the chocolate yoghurt into glasses, place the pear pieces on top of the yoghurt, sprinkle the rest of the shredded chocolate over them and garnish with mint leaves if necessary.
